Abstract

• A kind of novel design structure of a fault-tolerant controller is proposed. • The closed-loop fault-tolerant dynamic control allocation algorithm is proposed which compensates for both actuator dynamics and faults. • The designed discrete observer more efficiently estimates actuator information. • The redesign of the complex virtual control law can be avoided.
