• We design a collaborative optimization of multi-instance learning (COMIL) model for WSI analysis. • COMIL leverages collaborative learning between predictions and feature representations. • Cross-pseudo-bag fusion (CPF) aggregates past and current pseudo-bags, reducing bias. • Neighbor contrastive learning (NCL) improves robust representation across pseudo-bags.
