Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• App-based training combining social media literacy and self-compassion exercises delivered over 30 days. • The training is embedded in daily ecological momentary assessment (EMA). • High feasibility shown by strong acceptance, low dropout, high engagement, and good usability. • Pre-post improvements in body appreciation, social appearance anxiety and self-compassion, all maintained at 1-monthfollow-up. • Results support a promising multi-component approach warranting randomized controlled trials.
