Abstract

• Pressure-aware hydrogen components integrated into MI(N)LP energy management. • Linear, PWA, and non-linear tank pressure models compared against REFPROP reference. • Non-linear Redlich–Kwong models offer no accuracy benefit over PWA approximations. • Linear ideal-gas model underestimates pressure by 83 bar on average. • PWA with 4 segments: 2.5 bar mean error, sub-second solve time.
