To compare the performance of ctHPVDNA versus imaging as initial surveillance following radiotherapy for HPV-related oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HPVOPSCC). We hypothesized that ctHPVDNA will exhibit lower false positive rate (FPR), better specificity, and positive predictive value (PPV).
