Abstract
En 中文
• Three genomic DNA extraction methods were assessed: modified salting-out, simple salting-out, and a commercial silica column kit. • The modified salting-out method produced the highest DNA yield (76.1 ± 31.4 ng/μL). • The simple salting-out method provided the best purity ratios (A260/280 = 1.81; A260/230 = 1.47). • The commercial kit was fastest and most user-friendly, but less cost-effective. • The modified salting-out method represents a reliable, low-cost alternative for routine use in resource-limited laboratories.
