In new power systems, energy storage-side converters serve as flexible hubs for high-proportion consumption of new energy sources. However, under the influence of multiple uncertainties in microgrids, the output voltage of these converters faces the risk of instability. Therefore, a self-disturbance rejection voltage regulation control technique that considers the observation state reconstruction network is proposed. First, extended twodimensional disturbance information is introduced into the term to be compensated, and after correction by a correction coefficient, the disturbance state variables are observed collaboratively. At the same time, the design of the hysteresis element compensates for the inherent defects of the differential element, thereby accurately reconstructing the total disturbance and giving fuller play to the regulation efficiency of the energy storage system in peak shaving and valley filling. Subsequently, within the analytical framework of four dimensions-disturbance immunity, stability, robustness, and observation bias-the potential correlation between the parameters to be adjusted and the operating characteristics was quantitatively explained, and tuning criteria were given. Finally, comparative analysis under different operating conditions verified that the proposed strategy has good dynamic performance under various internal and external uncertainties, which is of great significance for improving the stability of microgrid operation.
