• CuS nanozyme exhibited CAT and GPx dual enzyme-like activities. • The graft enabled the sustained dual NO and H2S release in vivo. • The graft promoted endothelialization and combated oxidative stress, inflammation, and intimal hyperplasia. • The graft accelerated regeneration via pro-survival and anti-inflammatory pathway activation.
