Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• An active diaphragm crack repair method was proposed via bolted Fe-SMA plates to cover crack-stop holes. • Tests were conducted on 10 diaphragm specimens, incorporating thermal activation of Fe-SMA and loading tests. • Effects of plate thickness, activation temperature, bolt size/grade, and bolt layout were quantified. • Recovery prestress of 67–111 MPa was introduced at the crack tip, mitigating hole-edge stress concentration. • Kt and Kf were reduced by 71–106% and 70–104%, respectively, and a compressive stress field was achieved at 300 °C.
