DOI:10.1016/j.clml.2025.04.007.png)
Abstract
En 中文
• Pooling GRIFFIN and PERSEUS data allowed for more robust analysis of older adults. • Pooled data in patients aged ≥65 years showed a trend in improved PFS with D-VRd versus VRd. • D-VRd also deepened responses and MRD-negativity rates in these older patients. • D-VRd was well tolerated by patients aged ≥65 years, with no new safety concerns.
