• Seasonal environmental CCT developed from one-year outdoor monitoring and ACM calibration. • Outdoor hourly climate converted into damp-heat, dry, and salt-spray modules. • Indoor cumulative charge reached 17.38 C, closely matching the outdoor total of 17.67 C. • Proposed CCT reproduced seasonal corrosion contribution, with summer dominant.
