Abstract

• A dynamic weighted election algorithm enhances Tendermint’s Weighted Round-Robin approach through a novel staking bucket mechanism that splits large stakes into capped buckets, combined with randomized mapping to prevent predictability in proposer selection. • The system introduces parallel transaction packing with three competing proposers to maintain liveness while optimizing efficiency. • A suspicious labeling mechanism enables rapid rollback of invalid batches through on-chain challeng es, improving transaction security. The proposed architecture demonstrates performance metrics, maintaining 824 transactions per second (TPS) in a 30-node test environment while showing strong resistance to Sybil attacks through its economic model. The staking mechanism ensures fair participation by preventing whale dominance, and the parallel processing design maintains system consistency even during partial node failures.
