Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A biomimetic flow sensor using U-shaped optical fiber enables 2D vector flow velocity detection. • The design captures orthogonal velocity components via cilium-induced optical deflection. • A hybrid ResNet-LSTM model improves velocity and direction prediction accuracy. • The sensor achieves mean velocity and directional errors of 0.0105 m/s and 1.51°. • Features include low cost, EMI immunity, and high corrosion resistance for marine use.
