Abstract

• A deep-learning, portable LAMP platform was developed for the automated detection of Vibrio vulnificus. • Integration of molecular diagnostics and AI interpretation in a device costing < USD 1000. • Rapid and high-throughput detection of five samples within 30 min using minimal sample volume (5 μL). • AI-assisted signal interpretation extends the detectable concentration range of colorimetric LAMP to 10-5 ng/μL, with detection time dependent on target concentration. • Robust quantitative capability enabled by a CNN framework with R2 = 0.915.
