A joint Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Circuits and Systems (DEICAS), Women in Circuits and Systems (WiCAS), and Young Professionals in Circuits and Systems (YPCAS) event was successfully held on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, at the IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits, and Systems (ICECS 2025) in Marrakech, Morocco. Under the theme “Empowering the Next Generation: Inspiring Change, Breaking Barriers, and Building the Future,” the event brought together inspiring panelists from academia, industry, and research to discuss career development, overcoming challenges in STEM, and building professional networks. The event featured a panel discussion and a poster session, attracting over 30 participants and fostering meaningful exchanges between established professionals and early-career researchers.
