Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A fish-scale-inspired wavy interlocking interface was designed for Al laminates. • A new interface was obtained by the non-uniform compression and the inhomogeneous precipitation. • The fracture modes of the new laminates shifted from flat to bifurcation, promoting the bonding strength. • The bonding strength of the new interface was improved by 44.46% over the conventional one. • The finite element method-crystal plasticity-phase field simulations confirm the fracture modes.
