• Fabricated thin bilayer LLZO with porous surface via sacrificial layer. • Developed room-temperature infiltration strategy for oxide cathode materials. • Enabled full-depth infiltration of micron-sized CAMs using vibration. • Demonstrated stable cycling of bilayer LLZO full cells without external pressure.
