Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Total of 10 Polygonatum accessions were analysed by 54 SSR markers • Of designed 100 primer pairs, 54 polymorphic loci were generated • The genetic diversity was comprehensively evaluated based on the SSR markers • SSR markers exhibited high cross-transferability in the related species • Minimal markers enabling the identification of unique genotypes
