This paper introduces the development of programmable multi-channel precise current source. Through unique circuit design and optimization, a 16-channel programmable multiple-channel precise current source is realized, which can be supplied by battery or 220V AC. Each channel can achieve DC current output from - 27 mA to 27 mA with a resolution of 2 mu A. The accuracy of current output is better than I-set +/- (0.01%x I-set + 1 mu A), and the noise is lower than 1 mu A RMS. This device will be used for the programmble quantum voltage applications
