Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Diatom-inspired re-entrant microholes are fabricated by femtosecond laser. • Fluorine-free PDMS-ZnO/DTMS nanoclusters create hierarchical roughness. • The coating achieves superhydrophobicity with CA of 160.9° and SA of 2.5°. • Durable repellency is retained after abrasion, impact, UV, heat, and pH tests. • Icing delay increases to 752 s and ice adhesion decreases to 41 kPa.
