Abstract
En 中文
• AD patients showed reduced spicy food intake, lower serum capsaicin, and gut microbiota dysbiosis. • Capsaicin alleviates AD in mice by suppressing M1 polarization, an effect accompanied by the restoration of gut microbiota homeostasis. • Capsaicin inhibits M1 macrophage polarization by modulating the TRPV1/TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway.
