Abstract
En 中文
• B. amyloliquefaciens H23 shows broad tolerance to pH, bile, salt, and extreme gut-like conditions. • The synbiotic (108 CFU g−1 B. amyloliquefaciens + 0.5 % β-glucan) produced the best responses in Channa striata. • Synbiotic improved growth, feed efficiency, and yielded the highest digestive enzyme activity. • Synbiotic fed fish showed higher immune and antioxidant levels and reduced cortisol. • Synbiotic boosted key immune, growth, anti-oxidant genes and increased A. hydrophila survival by 27.7 %.
