With the increasing use of imaging, a substantial proportion of pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas (PPGLs) are detected incidentally. However, data comparing the clinical outcomes of patients with incidentally and clinically detected PPGLs remain limited. Therefore, we compared them in this study.
