• Ti is the fastest diffuser, whereas Ni is the slowest among the five alloying elements (Ni, Cr, Mo, Al, Ti) in γ-Co. • The relative diffusion trend is mainly governed by the migration energy barriers of alloying elements. • Ti and Al diffuse more easily due to weaker bonding with Co, while Diffusion of Ni is limited by stronger bonding.
