• A wearable torso sensing system enables digital pain mapping on the body. • Pain location and perceived depth were recorded as a depth-aware point cloud. • All pain indications are preserved without reducing the pain map to descriptors. • Patient-level prediction aggregates class probabilities across pain-cloud points. • Pilot results suggest torso pain patterns may support condition classification.
