: As digital landscapes increasingly shape individuals' psychological experiences, understanding digital resilience (DR) has become crucial. Despite growing scholarly interest, literature is fragmented with inconsistent definitions, measurements, and interventions. This systematic literature review, conducted following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, aims to clarify the definition of DR, explore its measurement approaches, and examine existing interventions. A five-database search (Cochrane, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science) identified 61 studies with diverse methods. The findings reveal that DR is conceptualized both as an individual capacity and a dynamic process involving adaptation, coping, and recovery. Measurement methods vary, with some studies using existing resilience scales, while others assess DR indirectly through related constructs such as digital literacy and digital well-being. Limited DR interventions lack rigorous assessment, emphasizing the need for standard tools and better outcome measures. To address these gaps, this study proposes an integrative DR definition, covering individual (cognitive, emotional, behavioral), relational, and contextual dimensions. This framework offers a clearer conceptual foundation and suggests practical directions for more effective measurement and interventions, ultimately promoting adaptive digital engagement in an increasingly digital world.
