Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A device was developed using load cells for dcEF stimulation. • dcEF stimulation altered morphology in wildtype and Npffr2 knockout BMDMs. • NPFFR2 protein expression decreased in both wildtype and Npffr2 knockout BMDMs. • Cytoskeletal rearrangement of NPFFR2 occurred; β-actin remained unchanged. • Intensity-dependent structural changes in NPFFR2 protein were induced by dcEF.
