Abstract
En 中文
• A multicopper oxidase from G. stearothermophilus, identified as Laccase (GbsLac). • GbsLac demonstrates thermostable and thermophilic properties. • Syringaldazine biding mode reveals Met503 and Asp438 importance in catalytic site. • M503L and D438A increases the onset potential for oxygen reduction reaction.
