• Realizing point-cloud–driven generation of 3D corrosion morphological under explicit domain constraints and physical-feasibility rules. • Embedding multi-dimensional corrosion descriptors and ISO roughness metrics as priors in the conditional diffusion process. • Implementing a process-based chained evolution scheme to capture pit nucleation, deepening, and edge-driven growth across corrosion periods. • Achieving high-fidelity morphological consistent with measured multi-parameter statistics and spectral characteristics.
