Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A dynamic submarine cable-laying model is established based on the ALE–ANCF framework. • The dynamic evolution of cable tension and configuration during laying is systematically analyzed. • Effects of ocean currents and cable weight on tension and final configuration are quantitatively investigated. • A PID-based constant-tension control strategy is proposed to stabilize cable laying operations.
