• MnO@PAA nanoparticles are preferentially localized in P4VP domains via H-bonding. • Micellar assembly in solution governs the resulting thin-film morphology. • At 2–5 wt% loading, hexagonally ordered BCP thin film morphology is preserved. • Interfacial polarization reflects nanoparticle dispersion and interfacial organization. • Excessive NP loading promotes aggregation, suppressing relaxation and dielectric efficiency.
