Abstract
En 中文
• Hot oscillatory pressing (HOP) is first applied to homogenize difficult-to-deform superalloy ingots. • HOP can accelerate dendritic segregation elimination and grain refinement, outperforming conventional homogenization. • HOP for 10 h achieves 21.8% tensile elongation at 700 °C, matching 24 h conventional treatment with ~60% time reduction. • This work provides a novel short-process route for homogenizing difficult-to-deform superalloy ingots.
