Abstract
En 中文
• Surface grinding followed by annealing aligns magnetic domains in [001] Fe–Ga single crystals. • MOKE microscopy shows domains preferentially oriented perpendicular to the grinding direction. • Parallel magnetostriction reaches ∼280–290 ppm, approaching the saturation magnetostriction. • Domain alignment improves magnetostrictive response in the low-field region (<50 kA/m). • The method uses production-compatible processing and is scalable for Fe–Ga energy harvesters.
