• Ten RCTs evaluated FcRn, SYK, and BTK inhibitors in adult ITP. • SYK inhibitors significantly improved durable platelet response. • FcRn inhibitors improved durable response but showed inconsistent ORR. • No increase in serious adverse events or discontinuation due to adverse events.
