Abstract
En 中文
• A six-week home-based stretching programme showed high adherence, low discontinuation, and minimal symptom exacerbation in adults with fibromyalgia • The intervention produced statistically and clinically meaningful improvements in fibromyalgia symptoms and mental health compared with usual care • Low-dose, high-frequency stretching may offer an accessible, low-cost addition to multimodal rehabilitation for fibromyalgia in routine practice
