Abstract
En 中文
• A γ-DL-glutamyl hydrolase (BvPgdS45) from B. velezensis was first expressed in K. phaffii. • The highest γ-DL-glutamyl hydrolase activity of 102.7 IU/mL was produced. • BvPgdS45 had great potential in regulation of γ-PGA molecular weight (MW) by in situ enzymatic hydrolysis. • A broad MW distribution (5.1×105 Da to 2.1×106 Da) and a high yield (62.6 g/L to 73.7 g/L) of γ-PGA were obtained in 5 L fermenter.
