Abstract
En 中文
• Novel hybrid composite with hierarchical porous structure was developed for efficient dye adsorption. • PUF was modified with mono- and bi-metal organic frameworks (MOFs) and then loaded into 3D-knitted spacer fabrics (3DKSF). • Synergistic enhancement from the combination of mono- and bi-metal MOFs, creating a multifunctional adsorption surface. • Maximum dye removal was achieved at pH 9 for MB (80.6%) and pH 5 for AR88 (75.1%) within 60 min • The developed 3DKSF/PUF@MOF composite offers an efficient and easy recoverable adsorbent suitable for wastewater treatment.
