Abstract
En 中文
• Mn2+-doped zero-dimensional (0D) (TDMP)ZnCl4 single crystals are synthesized by a solvothermal method, showing bright yellow-green emission at 550 nm. • Weak exciton magnetic polarons (EMPs) are formed at a critical Mn–Mn ferromagnetic coupling distance of ∼7.03 Å, giving a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of 99.23%. • The emission region of Mn2+ is successfully extended from green to yellow-green, providing a new approach for emission tuning of metal halides. • The fabricated light-emitting diode (LED) presents stable yellow-green emission, showing great potential in solid-state lighting.
