• Decoupled measurements quantify LN Rayleigh-SAW EF sensitivity. • Prototype readout provides DC and AC noise-equivalent-field metrics. • Package-aware FEM is coupled with wave iteration for sensitivity analysis. • Adhesive sweeps and MC analysis quantify packaging/material uncertainties. • Angular maps identify promising LN orientations for EF sensing.
