This study introduces isostatic graphite (ISG) as a novel electrode material for electroanalysis for the first time. Characterized by its homogeneous and isotropic structure with ultrahigh density and low cost, ISG was employed for the simultaneous electrochemical detection of dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA), and uric acid (UA) using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The ISG electrode exhibited a linear relationship between the current response and concentration of these biomolecules. The limits of detection for individual DA, UA, and AA were 41, 44, and 19 nM, respectively. Real sample analysis, including human urine samples, DA injection, and AA injection, demonstrated good recovery and excellent reproducibility. It indicates that the ISG electrode is a promising alternative to an expensive electrode for electroanalytical applications.
