• A novel method for ECM of integral shrouded blisks through rotary feed mode (RFM) is proposed. • The design method of curved trajectory with normal center line (NCL) is proposed. • A curved trajectory correction method in conjunction with the electrochemical dissolution mechanism is proposed. • The allowance difference of the corrected curved trajectory is significantly improved compared with that of the liner trajectory according to the simulation and experiment results.
