A model elliptic pseudo-differential equation is studied in a special cone in multidimensional space. Using a special factorization of an elliptic symbol the authors obtain a certain representation to the solution. It permits to find conditions to the right hand side so that the solution belongs to certain Sobolev-Slobodetskii space in the cone. Based on these conditions some equations with potential like operators were reduced to a certain system of functional integral equations.
