Abstract

• Metal-oxide-PANI hybrids synthesized via in-situ polymerization. • TiO2-PANI achieved a superior capacitance of 1128.14 F/g at 3 mV/s. • MnO2-PANI showed 81.28 Wh/kg energy density. • TiO2-PANI exhibited the highest cyclic stability, retaining 86.1% of its initial capacitance after 2500 charge–discharge cycles, while MnO2-PANI retained 82.5%, both significantly outperforming pristine PANI (59.3% retention).
