• We evaluated seven DKD-derived proteins in IgAN, MN, LN, and controls. • Most proteins were elevated across IgAN, MN, and LN vs controls. • WFDC2 independently predicted kidney function decline in IgAN. • WFDC2 correlated with tubular atrophy/interstitial fibrosis. • No protein predicted renal outcomes in MN or LN.
