This article provides an overview of a workshop jointly organized by IEEE Standards Association and IEEE Circuits and Systems Society hosted at Dongguan, Huawei Campus, 7 and 8 November 2025, for the purpose of exchanging industrial and academic insights on AI and Cybersecurity in the direction of technical standards. The workshop addressed the importance in this area via the keynote presentations, a panelist discussion, and networking sessions. The workshop is sponsored by IEEE Circuit and System Society for outreach grant.
