Addressing the crucial need for optimized resource allocation in future wireless networks, this paper presents a novel approach leveraging the synergy of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), Digital Twins (DT), and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). We aim to jointly maximize energy efficiency while satisfying predefined Quality-of-Service (QoS) constraints. The resulting non-convex fractional programming problem for power allocation and spectrum assignment is transformed into a concave form using the Charnes-Cooper Transformation (CCT). A novel Mesh Adaptive Direct Search (MADS) algorithm is then developed to solve this reformulated problem efficiently. The simulation results validate the performance of our proposed algorithm and examine the influence of key parameters, such as user count and QoS requirements, on optimized resource allocation, thereby showcasing the significant potential of the integrated RIS-DT-UAV framework for energy-efficient and high-throughput resource management in next-generation wireless systems.
