• Energy storage density of 4.97 J/cm3 was achieved under an electric field of 230 kV/cm, with an efficiency of 84.2%. • The 0.85BNT-0.15BSNT composite exhibits an optical transmittance of 34.7% at 780 nm. • The temperature range in which it exhibits stable dielectric properties at x = 0.15 is from 89℃ to 180℃.
