A three-dimensional (3D) dendritic microelectrode (ME) array is engineered for ultrasensitive ECL sensing. 1) The novel 3D ME array is robustly fabricated via nanoprinting, seed-mediated growth, and electrodeposition. 2) The ME array achieves 1000x higher ECL intensity than submicron electrodes. 3) The Dendritic ME structure optimizes electron transfer, improving ECL for diverse systems and glucose sensing. 4) The ME array enables micro-sized, ultrasensitive electrochemical sensors for bioanalysis and monitoring.
