Abstract
En 中文
• Al-induced constitutional supercooling refines Y grains from ∼1600 to ∼90 μm. • Y-Y-1Al increases compressive strength and fracture strain by 94% and 123%. • Al additions up to 3 at.% progressively improve oxidation resistance. • -Y2Al enrichment and YAlO3 formation trigger scale cracking in Y-5Al at 900 °C. • A 1-3 at.% Al window balances mechanical and oxidation performance.
