Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The successful synthesis of a-C:H(S,W) films incorporated with trace sulfur has achieved superlubricity. • a-C:H(S,W) achieved superlubricity (0.005) while reducing the wear rate by 84%. • Sulfur incorporation stabilized tribo-interfaces via C-S coordination, bridging microstructure, and macroscopic performance. • Hydrogen passivation and incommensurate interface contact facilitated synergistic superlubricity.
